Paullecia Brown-Scott is the founder of Memories 4 Life Consulting & Advocacy, established in July 2020. She is deeply passionate about supporting individuals living with Alzheimer’s disease and dementia, as well as the families and caregivers who care for them.

Her journey into dementia care began in 2010 when her grandmother was diagnosed with dementia. Although the signs of memory loss had appeared years earlier, the family believed it was simply a normal part of aging. Witnessing firsthand how dementia impacts both the individual and the caregiver was heartbreaking — but it also became the turning point that inspired Paullecia to become part of the solution.

Since then, she has dedicated her career to education, advocacy, and improving the quality of life for aging adults and their families.
